By far the best service I’ve ever received from a dealership service department. I called in because my car broke down and I live over an hour away, so I was extremely stressed and worried I’d be stranded in Markham — especially since I had just started a new job.

Even though it was only about 20 minutes before closing, Mega took the time to help me, arranged everything quickly, and made sure I had a rental so I could get home safely. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly went above and beyond.
